The land now used for Moritz Pech Family Park was originally used solely as a water retention area for nearby Spring Branch Creek. At that time the land was unsightly and filled with briars, but it has now been completely transformed into a wonderful area for families to gather, children to play, and couples to walk.

Moritz Pech Family Park features two playsets for children to play on, picnic tables, and a winding trail that is great for walking dogs - just be sure to pick up after them!
