Bingle Gambling Game Room Permits

It appears that the proposed gambling game room is still in the works. On Monday, May 10th, 2010, SOCA identified three (3) approved permits for 1506 Bingle that were issued on Friday, May 7th, 2010. A Development Review Permit, a Certificate of Occupancy Permit, and a Building Permit were approved (see attached PDF).

You can review the permits online from: http://www.cohtora.houstontx.gov/ibi_html/sldpmtsl.htm (Please note that the correct address for this proposed game room is 1506 Bingle - not 1504 Bingle as the City of Houston Code Enforcement notice affixed to the building stated.)

Please attend the SOCA meeting on Wednesday, May 12th at 7:00 PM to discuss this important development for our neighborhood. The meeting will be at the Pech Road Courthouse Annex. Officer elections will also be held at this meeting, so be sure to attend.
